Handling and storage

3. Put the cam flange on the power shaft and put it into the wire wheel, then tighten the nut with a special tool, and pay attention to the cam flange facing the wire wheel and the nut tightening direction.

Use of wire wheels

1. Please use the specified safety cover for operation, wear protective work clothes with safety mask and protective gloves.

2. Check whether the main machine (pneumatic, electric) is solid, and whether the portable grinder is consistent with the type of the steel wire wheel used.

3. Please use the wire wheel within the line speed range of the safety factor allowed.

4. When installing a new wire wheel, it should be idling for 3 minutes to remove the remaining broken wires around the product. In use, it should not be hit by excessive force, but to maintain a long service life to avoid danger.
